I was thinking about how we have so many members and I know that I don't know all of them irl so i didn't tell them to join is. This is a question to anybody that I do not actually know, why did you join The Supreme Gentlemen?

I love history (noting my country name, corresponding username, and picture). I joined because I saw a decent amount of references to notable figures.
- Otto von Bismarck, Vlad, Wilhelm I, Neil Degrasse Tyson (not history, but still a cool guy), etc.

I was studying for a Theo calc course and I decided I wanted to procrastinate. I decided to look up politics simulators and saw a game called Nation States. I started playing, and then craved more. I found Politics and War and joined and soon received a message from Nicholas, and the alliance had the top player in the entire game (Otto) in it. I thought about and craved power so I thought who else could help me achieve that than Otto? Otto then began to slip down the leaderboards and the alliance remained in seventh. I thought I was going to, and I am sad to say it, just book it for TAC but then Nicholas and I started talking a lot and I started on the forums and I decided I couldn't leave for anywhere else because it wouldn't be the same. And that's my story for being here.

I had some time to fill, I already played Nationstates and I was a CN Vet. I thought it would be cool to play a game that is just getting put out. Why I joined TSG, TsarNicholasII was the first to message me with his recruitment spiel. |

I joined because the name was pretty cool to be honest. I didn't want to be in a top 5 alliance as I thought more chance for war. I still wanted a big enough alliance so I looked down the list and there was The Supreme Gentlemen.

Uhhh. I joined because we were a middle ground alliance and I was hoping that by not joining one of the top alliances I might offer myself a chance at becoming influential and rising in the ranks... ;D
Also I liked the name because I went through a steampunky phase a while back.
Also moved to community chat.
