Just started P&W the other day and am enjoying it so far. I thought this alliance seemed the most professional and hope to be able to contribute to it in time as my nation develops. My money and resource situation is pretty poor at the mo so any help would be greatly appreciated and repaid ASAP. I will look forward to be part of your alliance from now on. :-)
