Hey guys, Reagan here. I realize I've probably never spoken to any of you, but that's because I've been living under a rock since the reset into the stable game that we all play now. I'm trying to remedy that and get out there and get to know the community a bit. As for me, I'm a member of SK, but not here as a diplomat. I've played PW since back in November of last year when it was in it's infancy. I ran an alliance during that phase of the game, up until we merged into SK back in April, I think it was. Only a handful of us remain, but I've known the core members of SK, such as Cody, Ragnar, and Tenages, dating back to when we played Project Terra in late 2011 until it's final demise in August 2012.
Enough about me, though. How are you guys? What are your thoughts on the game so far?

Welcome to our forums Reagan! I thought the speed round was fun, but only until about 3 days in. It made me realize how much better the game is when it took 2 hours per turn. At least I could fix my nation up without finding out that I lost 3 wars within the time span of my last log in.

I'm hoping to see a "tournament" round, akin to CN, down the road. Kind of like the speed round, but a 3 month period with turns the same as they are in the standard version, but nations begin with more money and can purchase more military units per improvement, etc.

Hello Reagan. I'm glad to have you here, and I hope you enjoy your stay. A tourneyment mode would be pretty sweet, and it would be even cooler if they made it two teams split in half, and pitted off against each other, but that's just my opinion. Anyways I hope you can kick back, have a beer, and stay awhile.

I'd rather see members having the ability to operate as we do now, having alliances specifically for the tournament round and with prizes for the top 3 nations at the end of each round. These are all things ripped straight from the pages of CN, but it works well. Have a beer? Sounds like my kinda place.  |
