Hello I am Andrew Ryan of Rapture. I am not particularly active in the forums (have never been a huge forum person) but I wish to change that at least somewhat. Also I never really introduced myself to all of you, but I have been in constant contact with TsarNicholas. I was a somewhat late entry to the alliance, and my nation was founded on Oct 27 which is also a little late. Somehow I have been able to climb to fourth in the nation and this is another reason why I thought I might increase my presense. Anyway I look to assist any if I can and have an average military but a large budget (280000 daily) and if needed donate money. Sorry if there are typos I am too lazy to reread this.
